WINTER IN THE ZILLERTAL
In four ski regions, 515 kilometers of slopes and 179 state-of-the-art cable cars & lifts taking you quickly and comfortably from 580 m up to 3,250 m above sea level and offering unique ski, ski touring, sledging and snowshoe experiences in smooth deep snow in winter and on shining white crystals in spring. You can really enjoy the descent on the snow-sure and perfectly groomed ski slopes, in most areas even down into the valley.
Mayrhofen spoils its guests with 136 perfectly groomed kilometers of slopes and 57 modern lifts in the heart of the Tyrolean mountains framed by mighty three-thousand-meter peaks and shows how sporty and versatile, how stylish and relaxed, how surprising and stimulating winter can be in the Zillertal.

The Ahorn is the mountain for The Ahorn is the pleasure mountain and the perfect winter world for families as well as pleasure people. Wide carving slopes are ideal for elegant turns and first attempts of not so experienced skiers and snowboarders.

There are more ways to slide down the slopes than with skis & snowboards. The new snow fun at the Gerlosstein skiing area is called „Snowtubing“. On specially prepared lines (about 200m) all winter fans can try out this fantastic offer.

From the sporty swimmer to the sun worshipper - there is a suitable program for everyone in the Mayrhofen adventure pool in the Zillertal.

14 perfectly groomed toboggan runs with a total length of approx. 45 kilometres. 30 km of it are also illuminated in the evening, so that nothing stands in the way of an exciting night tobogganing!

The Hintertux Glacier is Austria's only year-round ski area. Especially in autumn, the Hintertux Glacier is THE "place to be" for all skiers and snowboarders who can't wait for the upcoming winter season!

In the Kinderland next to the valley station of the Horbergbahn, a 69-meter-long magic carpet and a 180-meter-long T-bar lift await all winter sports newcomers.

The Zillertal Arena is the largest skiing area in the Zillertal. On the 143 kilometers of slopes and 52 lifts skiers & snowboarders will find a wide range of offers for all skill levels.

The large adventure pool with numerous massage beds, the wave pool, the current channel, the outdoor area or the 133 m longest water slide in Western Austria.
